I am currently locked out of my account. My debit and credit cards are blocked. I spent 2 hours on the phone with NFCU customer support. At the end, she told me I would have to call back tomorrow morning and talk to security because they are gone for the day. So here I am unable to buy food. Unable to put gas in my car. Unable to pay my bills. All because of NFCU's "customer service." Once this is resolved, hopefully in the morning, I will start looking for another place to move my money to. A real bank. As a retired veteran and my wife who is also a retired veteran should be getting better treatment from NFCU.

I would like to uncover the truth about the illegal actions of NFCU employees. I moved to Thailand and Navy Federal closed down my online access to my account. I am blocked from making payments on my credit cards, a visa and an Amex card. The visa card got cancelled because of non-payment, or so it seems. And now the Amex card is apparently unuseable because the Stateside address I was using for a home address has closed that account. This is the kind of criminal activity you can expect if you trust your money to Navy Federal.

Do not trust navy federal they are a scam!

Why didn't you mention that you do not have do anything to get the two-step obstacle to singing in? In fact the policy of Navy Federal is to randomly put the two-step thing onto your online account, routinely at their whim. To block your access to your money on your account. You should point out that this block blocks you from getting to your account and does not block the hackers who get into your account and do, because they are good at computers and you are not. You should talk about what the personnel at Navy Federal do about hackers making unauthorized transfers - of your money from your Navy Federal account. What they do about it is NOTHING. If you contact Navy Federal what they do is put you on hold. Military personnel and veterans can join up with this credit union if you want - but you should be warned: you cannot trust this company.
